Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos or videos and email them to our customer support at support@defarya.shop. Once the damage is verified, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Defective or Broken After Use

If you find that your product is defective within 30 days of receipt, you may return it at your expense. We will issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Change of Opinion

If you decide to return the product for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Contact us at support@defarya.shop to obtain the return address. Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Incorrect Product

If you receive an incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it at our expense for a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@defarya.shop.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at support@defarya.shop.
